The Anicam Enterprises Inc portals offer the option to purchase thousands of foreign products, thanks to alliances with various overseas suppliers. This enables third parties to add products for sale on the portal and distribute them internationally.
Purchasing products from abroad comes with specific terms and conditions that must be read and understood by our customers. As you are aware, these products belong to a foreign supplier or third party, which means that this product needs to be imported.
GENERAL MANDATE
The Customer grants a commercial mandate to Anicam Enterprises Inc so that the company can carry out, on behalf of the Customer, all commercial and service-related procedures necessary to successfully complete the lawful purchase of products and deliveries within the established timelines at the Customer's previously determined address.
Similarly, the Customer and/or the commercial intermediary and/or the debt collection agent grant a management mandate to these parties under the conditions established by the operation, for the collection of lawful funds related to the transactions and their transfer abroad, duly legalized and supported before the tax and financial entities that require it.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Considering that product purchases are made abroad, there are limited timeframes for immediate cancellations. It is important to confirm cancellations within 12 hours from the moment of the transaction if your product is PRIME. If the product is NOT PRIME, you can cancel it within 24 hours from the moment of the transaction. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service lines or notify us in the shipment tracking. Otherwise, the cancellation of your purchase cannot be processed.
It is possible that when canceling the purchase, your financial institution may apply penalties or deductions to your card. Cancellations are not accepted after the dispatch notification to Colombia.
THINGS TO CONSIDER FOR FOREIGN PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase a product located abroad, please keep the following in mind:
* You will recognize it immediately, as these products have a unique access for making purchases on virtual sites provided by Anicam Enterprises Inc. Additionally, the prices of the products are in dollars, and these prices are subject to the exchange rate used by your financial institution.
* You acknowledge that you understand it is an import product, and there are two categories of products in this category. The first of them, which has a seal at the top with the word PRIME, all products with this feature have shorter delivery times and can meet the delivery promise of at least 5 - 7 business days to the national logistics operator. The second product option you will find are those that do not have the seal with the word PRIME; these may have delivery times that extend beyond 30 business days.
* The final price you will pay includes all import costs, international and national freight. This means you will not have to pay an additional amount to receive the products you purchased unless there is a reassessment by customs, a return, withdrawal, a warranty claim, or delivery attempts have been exhausted. In that case, you may need to make an additional payment, and the respective values will always be informed.
* Some product user manuals and physical features of the products from the international portal may not be in Spanish. The buyer is responsible for understanding and reading all this information for the correct use of the product.
* Since these are products located abroad, their voltage may be different from that used in the country, which may require additional accessories for the proper functioning of the products. The use of these accessories is the direct responsibility of the customer.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Based on current regulations, the seller may modify and change its terms and conditions at any time, but don't worry, we will always send you the updates so you are aware of what's happening.
PAYMENT METHOD
Since these transactions are conducted with a company located in the United States, payments must be made to Anicam Enterprises Inc's accounts in this country. There are two ways to do this:
1. Through Anicam Enterprises Inc's payment gateway. This gateway only accepts credit cards, and the transaction cost is 5% of the transaction value, which will be borne by the customer.
2. Money transfers, which are the responsibility of the customer, who will also bear the financial costs. To facilitate this transaction, Anicam Enterprises Inc commits to provide all necessary documentation and support.
For the Anicam Enterprises Inc platform, only credit card payments are accepted, and the 5% financial cost is already included in the final product cost paid by the associate.
PROHIBITED TRANSPORT
Anicam Enterprises Inc will NOT purchase or distribute items prohibited for transport, as defined in the company's internal policies for distribution in the national territory of foreign countries, such as: weapons, chemical precursors, jewelry, cash, pornographic material, war toys, lottery tickets, and all those prohibited by local authorities and the Universal Postal Union.
If the purchase of these items is made, the purchase will be canceled, and the money will be refunded according to the law's provisions.
Prohibited Transport Items are those items that cannot be transported due to the organization's policies, in accordance with the regulations of Law 1369 of 2009 under the Express Messenger modality. According to the following categories:

RATES
The national distribution rates will be in the local currency of the country where the purchase is made. At the end of the web service purchase process, the total costs of your product will be calculated, and the national rate will be determined based on the type of service. The shipping rate is determined by the destination, as established by the operational network provided by Anicam Enterprises Inc. The prices of the products on the website are in US Dollars because they are purchased abroad, and no additional fees will be required after the purchase of the products. * The national distribution rate depends on the Volumetric or Physical weight of the product.
VARIATION IN PURCHASE COST
The Anicam Enterprises Inc platform is programmed to update product prices automatically three times a week. In special cases, a variation in the product price by the supplier may occur, for which Anicam Enterprises Inc is not responsible. The associate will decide whether to assume the price difference for Anicam Enterprises Inc to process the purchase order.
VARIATION IN SHIPPING COST
The cost calculation is made once the weights and dimensions of the product are physically confirmed. Although the supplier advertises the characteristics, they may vary significantly upon arrival and re-measurement. This can result in an increase in the shipping cost, which must be borne by the customer.
PRICE SYNCHRONIZATIONS AND CHANGE OF STATUS
The product price on external platforms like Mercadolibre is reflected only at the time of synchronization. This means that if the price changes on Amazon or another registered store, it will not immediately reflect on Mercadolibre.
The product price + shipping cost may vary as it is re-quoted with the price displayed on Amazon at the time of acquisition.
Anicam Enterprises Inc will not be responsible for or notify the customer when a product is no longer in Prime status. The customer assumes the risk of listing products that are no longer Prime.
DENIAL OF PURCHASE PROCESS
The Anicam Enterprises Inc group may unilaterally terminate the contract or purchase of products acquired through the web services provided by AWS due to a history of fraud or illegal activities reported by competent authorities. It can also occur due to the misuse of the service or any breach of obligations as accepted by the service provider and/or the customer.
PURCHASE TIMELINES
Orders from the Amazon International Shopping provider are placed within the next 24 business hours after the pre-alert is made. Business hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm. Sundays and holidays are not considered business hours.
CUSTOMS FORMALITIES
Anicam Enterprises Inc has partnerships with companies that provide customs services for the importation into the destination countries of the products you wish to purchase on the portal or directly. Therefore, it is understood that customs procedures related to the postal and shipping traffic will be generated. These procedures include records, pre-inspection, and customs inspection, in their air or maritime cargo modalities. Anicam Enterprises Inc will not be responsible for delays in customs processes or product delivery due to mismanagement of documentation sent by the customer or the product supplier.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
All products purchased through Anicam Enterprises Inc or its services provided by AWS will be delivered to the address provided by the customer in the AWS or instructed in documents such as AWB or BOL. This means that the responsibility for incorrect delivery information lies with the customer.
The products and/or services acquired through transactions made on Anicam Enterprises Inc will be delivered to the address selected by the customer during their purchase. National distribution will occur after the product's nationalization and release. From that point on, our logistics partners, national delivery companies, initiate the national distribution process. Delivery times are subject to the destination of the shipments as determined by our distribution partners.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product purchased by the customer. Since these products are located abroad and require importation, their delivery times are different. The first type, which has a seal with the word PRIME at the top, has a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. The second type of product does not have the PRIME seal, and its delivery times can range from 15 to 45 business days due to being located in more distant countries, requiring special national distribution operations. National deliveries will be made according to each country's conditions.
Anicam Enterprises Inc and its services through AWS will always provide an invoice and a tracking number for the customer to track their products.
It is understood that any person over the age of 14 who is present at the customer's specified address for delivery is authorized to receive the shipment. Therefore, Anicam Enterprises Inc is exempt from any claims for deliveries that are made and signed for as accepted on the proof of delivery document, as long as the delivery is made to the address specified in the customer's guide.
If the customer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, a notification will be left with the date and time of the visit for customer information. Anicam Enterprises Inc will subsequently communicate to confirm the delivery.
In the event that the person receiving the shipment is not the same as the one listed on the guide, Anicam Enterprises Inc will not be responsible for shipping and reception guarantees.
If the shipment cannot be delivered on a second visit, the customer can claim it at the offices of our distribution partners as instructed by Customer Service advisors within the following 30 calendar days. If the shipment is not claimed, it will be deemed undistributable and returned to the sender or placed in storage.
To claim your shipment, you must present your ID and a photocopy of it with the service order or guide number. If someone other than the recipient wishes to claim the shipment, they must present a letter of authorization from the sender, along with their original ID and a photocopy, after coordination with the recipient via phone or email.
In the case of perishable goods, and after confirming Product Not Conforming and delivery attempts, the contracted logistics operator for delivery will not be responsible for products not received by the customer. If the products are not received after two delivery attempts, they are sent to the operator's storage warehouses. The customer may arrange for their re-delivery, assuming additional charges, but this must occur within the following 90 calendar days. If the shipment is not claimed within 90 days, it will be declared abandoned, and no compensation will be provided.
Our Logistics Partner, at the time of product delivery, will have the responsibility and will be limited to:
* The Logistics Partner must identify themselves as a representative and present their respective company ID.
* Deliver the product to the specified address with the pre-alerted distribution guide.
* Perform a visual inspection of the product's condition to check for possible physical or cosmetic damage.
* The Logistics Partner is not authorized to assemble or install any product, whether there are specialized services available or not.
* The Logistics Partner should not disassemble doors, windows, or modify spaces to deliver the product to the customer's desired location. If the product's size prevents delivery to the location specified by the customer, the customer must accept delivery elsewhere on the property where delivery is feasible.
If there is a breakdown or incomplete delivery that the customer does not accept, it is clarified that Anicam Enterprises Inc will have custody of the merchandise.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Anicam Enterprises Inc, as a logistics operator, will have the tool to view and track traceability and/or tracking from origin to destination through the portals provided by AWS. Similarly, you can provide instructions and information about the statuses of your shipments. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the link format or in the prior written authorization, as specified by the customer. It is recommended to have the guide number generated by the platforms for tracking.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content included or available through Anicam Enterprises Inc's services, "AWS," such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Anicam Enterprises Inc or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws and national laws governing the same. The compilation of all content included and available through Anicam Enterprises Inc's services is the exclusive property of Anicam Enterprises Inc, protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of products or services made by customers on Anicam Enterprises Inc are governed by the purchase contract stipulated in the commercial code and current legislation in the field.
All items purchased on Anicam Enterprises Inc directly or through AWS services include a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title to such items pass to us upon delivery to the international carrier, which is exclusively Anicam Enterprises Inc, a brand of Anicam Enterprises Inc. In the international platform, if the product is lost before being delivered to the international carrier, it will be reported, and the most suitable solution for the customer will be sought, such as immediate replacement of the product or a refund.
In case of loss in national logistics, the responsible party will be the logistics operator to whom the product was delivered. Anicam Enterprises Inc will act as an intermediary in the user's claim against the logistics operator.
OTHER TERMS
You may use the platforms provided by Anicam Enterprises Inc solely to enjoy the Services it offers, which are made available by Anicam Enterprises Inc in accordance with the terms and conditions of use of the virtual platforms provided by AWS. You may not incorporate any part of Anicam Enterprises Inc's Software into your programs or compile any part of it, combine it with other programs for personal use, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, distribute, or sublicense the software provided by AWS, or otherwise assign any rights to the software provided by AWS in whole or in part. You may not use the software provided by AWS for any illegal purpose.
You may use third-party services
When using the software provided by AWS, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless service provider or a mobile platform provider. The use of these third-party services may be subject to separate policies and terms of use.
Reverse engineering prohibited
You may not encourage, assist, or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble, or otherwise alter the software provided by AWS, in whole or in part, or create derivative works from the software provided by AWS.
Updates
In order to keep the software provided by AWS up to date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without prior notice.
CUSTOMER SERVICE, REQUESTS, COMPLAINTS, AND CLAIMS
Customer requests, petitions, complaints, and claims should be made through the international hotline (for calls in the USA +13054710428 or through the "Contact Us" option in the countries where our customer service centers are located). We will handle complaints and claims in case of losses, damages, breakdowns, etc. The Customer Service Department has fifteen (15) days from the date the claim is received to respond to the customer, with an extension of up to 15 additional days if required. Payment, if approved based on the investigation, will be made within 30 business days.
It is important that customers submit their complaints in writing and attach the purchase invoice or any required additional documents depending on the case, such as photos.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawals will be subject to the policies in effect in the country where the sale is made for associates using AWS services.

WARRANTY POLICY
If a product purchased from Anicam Enterprises Inc or through AWS services has technical failures during its proper use, Anicam Enterprises Inc will act as an intermediary between the supplier and the end customer. In this way, warranties, exchanges, or refunds from the supplier will be transmitted to the end customer. If the supplier requests the return of the product, the end customer must bear the costs associated with this operation.
If the claim or warranty is related to the product portfolio represented by Anicam Enterprises Inc, Anicam Enterprises Inc will be responsible for the warranty.
Special warranty conditions for each product must be taken into account, as defined in these terms and conditions and by the manufacturer.
If the products are part of the product portfolio represented by Anicam Enterprises Inc, Anicam Enterprises Inc will be responsible for the warranty.
If the warranty is still valid, you can contact our customer service hotline with the subject: Anicam Enterprises Inc Product Warranty or the service provided by AWS. This email must contain at least the following documents: Purchase invoice or order (maximum 3 months old), warranty document or its equivalent, photos, and an explanation of the situation for which you want to claim a warranty. The customer service team has 5 business days to respond to the email and provide instructions given by the supplier for the warranty.
Repairs that are within the supplier's warranty parameters will not have any cost, and transportation will be borne by the buyer or the customer, depending on the damage or request. There is a maximum of 30 business days for these repairs or the time according to the supplier's diagnosis.
From the moment of delivery, the warranty is governed solely by the supplier's or product brand's terms, and this is the sole responsibility of the supplier.
For warranty claims with an international supplier, Anicam Enterprises Inc will provide the customer with the necessary contact information. If the response is not satisfactory, Anicam Enterprises Inc will assist and help find a satisfactory response as quickly as possible.
If the product has a global warranty, the consumer can demand it from the brand's representative in the destination country, and to make this policy effective, they must demonstrate that the purchase was made abroad.
Warranties can only be claimed if the Customer who is registered in the guide is the one who signed the delivery receipt with a signature and ID number; it must not be a third party at the destination address, as the product's warranty will not be effective in this case.
Warranties in
1. Fashion
Warranties will only be provided for products not considered intimate, unless they have a defect before being removed from their original packaging. It is clarified that this condition is not exclusive and may be extended by the supplier. No warranties will be provided when the size requested by the customer did not meet their needs.
2. Technology
You must have the warranty certificate or its equivalent, original packaging, and invoice. The warranty is void if there is evidence of tampering with the parts, if it has been opened internally, if it is due to wear and tear, misuse, or if it shows signs of exposure to corrosive oils. If the product shows signs of tampering by an unauthorized service technician, the warranty is immediately void.
No valid warranty if the product shows:
- Damage due to use with unrecommended voltages
- Absence of warranty seals
- Exceeds the manufacturer's warranty period
- It has been technically tampered with by personnel other than the technical team authorized by the brand or supplier
- Damage caused by children, animals, or contact with water
- Damage due to improper use
- Absence of a serial number
- Among others that may be defined by the manufacturer or supplier
3. Toys
Only products in the toy category with factory defects can be returned. You must have an invoice, original and intact packaging, and a purchase order. It can be a maximum of 5 days since delivery, and it is clarified that this condition is not exclusive and may be extended by the supplier.
4. Appliances
Each supplier in this line has warranty guidelines. Please contact the customer service phone number of the supplier or representative brand in the destination country or the Anicam Enterprises Inc team for support or specific supplier requirements.
5. Textiles
Warranty will only apply if there are factory defects. Since the product is purchased abroad, returns for size, etc., will not be accepted.
6. Books
Only if they have printing defects.
We emphasize that these types of products found in the services provided by AWS do not belong to our company; we offer a marketplace designed for different suppliers to sell their products.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You can request exchanges for items purchased if they are of poor quality or under warranty. To be eligible for this policy, the product(s) must be in a defective or unusable condition, have manufacturing defects, or show apparent prior use.
It is clarified that a product cannot be exchanged based on consumer preferences, so it is recommended to pay attention to each product's specifications. Unless they are considered non-original or are damaged without being removed from their original packaging. No exchanges will be made for sizes unless a different size was dispatched than the one requested.
WRONG PRODUCT POLICY
If the customer receives the wrong product, they should contact the customer service hotline or send an email attaching photos of the received product and reporting the issue within 48 business hours of receiving the product. The email subject should indicate that it's a wrong product. Anicam Enterprises Inc's customer service team has 48 business hours from receiving the email to verify the request. If approved, the customer will be notified with the steps to follow depending on each situation or product to be returned.
Immediately after initiating the return process, the correct product will be reordered so that the customer can receive their product. The delivery times for a conventional purchase apply to this redistribution.
One of the conditions for this policy to be applied is that the customer sends the necessary photographs and documents to verify that the received item is incorrect. If the customer does not send these, they will not be eligible for the return benefit, and neither Anicam Enterprises Inc nor the providers affiliated with Anicam Enterprises Inc will assume any responsibility.
If the warranty is accepted, the costs of national and international logistics will be borne by Anicam Enterprises Inc, subject to conditions and restrictions.
INVENTORY
Customers of Anicam Enterprises Inc understand and accept that between the moment of making the purchase, generating the order/request, obtaining payment approval, and sending the purchase order to the supplier, the selected product(s) may become unavailable. If this happens, Anicam Enterprises Inc is entitled to notify the customer on the next business day after the purchase and provide a refund, absolving Anicam Enterprises Inc and services provided by AWS of any liability and waiving any right to compensation for this situation.
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND ANTI-TERRORISM POLICY
Anicam Enterprises Inc, in its commitment to the country and in the course of its activities, implements best practices to promote and foster a risk management culture, prevent and control its operations to avoid involvement in crimes related to Money Laundering (ML) and Financing of Terrorism (FT). This aims to provide a transparent operation free from criminal activity, with self-control measures to achieve its business goals.
Consistent with best practices, norms of coexistence, legal compliance, and defined policies, Anicam Enterprises Inc aims to guide its internal and external employees and collaborators responsible for different processes and activities of the company in the identification, analysis, control, and monitoring of the risks to which the entity is exposed in the provision of postal remittances and logistics solutions in handling documents and merchandise.
Good judgment, responsibility, and diligence are essential for the best performance of the employees involved in the processes related to TSA risk management and associated risks.
When any entity or competent authority requires or requests information from Anicam Enterprises Inc, the information will be provided promptly, sufficiently, and truthfully to contribute to the control and monitoring of these crimes.
It is the duty of all employees of the company, whether direct or indirect, and of third parties supporting the provision of their services, to comply with the TSA prevention and risk management policies, to implement document requests according to each case, and to validate information as per this manual.
The company will seek to foster an organizational culture emphasizing the importance of operating in a risk control environment, especially in relation to TSA.
Below are the main policies implemented in Anicam Enterprises Inc's TSA:
A. Objective of the policy for TSA prevention.
Anicam Enterprises Inc's reputation is one of its main assets, and therefore, one of the main objectives of risk management is to maintain and enhance this reputation by conducting business with ethical and honest individuals and by employing ethical and honest individuals. Appropriate risk management, due diligence, and monitoring should be carried out to achieve this objective.
B. Compliance with the Risk Management System
The company, led by the Legal Representative and the Compliance Officer, must ensure strict compliance with the Manual by all company employees to mitigate this risk.
C. Risk Level
As per the company's policies, the only acceptable risk level should be the TOLERABLE RESIDUAL RISK level, in accordance with the Probability-Impact Matrix detailed in this Manual. Therefore, whenever, as a result of the TSA application, any risk factor receives a rating other than TOLERABLE RISK, the respective controls must be adopted immediately, and a treatment plan must be put into operation to achieve a TOLERABLE TSA RISK.
D. Compliance Policy of the TSA Management and Mitigation System
It is the duty of all employees of Anicam Enterprises Inc to comply with the TSA risk management system policies.
Anicam Enterprises Inc will ensure that all company employees, especially those third parties supporting the operation, have knowledge and permanent access to the procedures manual through written communication accepted by each employee, which will be kept in the employee's file or training records.
The policies defined by the company aim to guide the responsible employees for the identification, analysis, control, and monitoring of the risks to which the company is exposed in the provision of postal remittance services.
The company will seek to foster an organizational culture emphasizing the importance of operating in a risk control environment, based on TSA.
E. Policies regarding conflicts of interest
For the prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest, Anicam Enterprises Inc will follow these parameters:
A conflict of interest arises when, in the exercise of their functions or rights, administrators or employees, when making a decision, have the possibility of choosing between the company's interest and personal or third-party interests, be they suppliers, contractors, users, clients, or others, in such a way that it affects the freedom and independence of the decision.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Anicam Enterprises Inc will safeguard the personal information provided by users and clients. Therefore, direct and indirect employees, business collaborators, and individuals involved in the development, administration, and implementation of the company's services will ensure the confidentiality and use of this database only for the services provided by the company.
The personal data requested to provide the services offered by Anicam Enterprises Inc, in compliance with regulations, are confidential and will only be disclosed upon request by supervisory bodies and/or competent authorities.
Non-compliance with this regulation entails sanctions stipulated by the Company's policies.
